SPOREBORNE
COLLABORATION

LONDON

SPOREBORNE — Created as a university project, this concept was developed in two parts: a collection designed for Robert Wun, alongside a speculative brand collaboration with Rituals. Inspired by the unsettling beauty of mushrooms, spores, and the hidden ecosystems of the forest floor, the project follows a narrative of moving through an unfamiliar woodland where attraction and danger exist side by side.
The collection explores the idea that the most seductive elements can often conceal something more sinister. Organic silhouettes, translucent layers, and textured surfaces reference the fragile structures of fungi, while forms appear to spread across the body like spores taking hold beneath the skin. The collaboration with Rituals extends this world beyond the garments, introducing a sensory dimension that deepens the atmosphere of the forest and the illusion of comfort within it.
At its core, SPOREBORNE examines the tension between beauty and unease — a world that appears enchanting at first glance, yet reveals that nothing is ever quite as it seems.
